Generate instructions and FAQs from a brief
Use business details to produce a draft you can review.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
Step by step
In the creation wizard, open Generate with AI and enter the company or business area.
Complete products, audience, tone and rules based on the actual operation.
Click Generate prompt and FAQs and review the filled instructions, greeting, handoff text and FAQs.
Remove or correct inaccurate information before completing creation.
Check your result
The wizard fills a draft of behavior and knowledge.
What you need to know
- Generating again may append additional FAQs; check for duplicates.
- This wizard uses the platform’s default provider. A draft does not prove policies or prices are correct.
