Enable or pause a social flow

Control whether new conversations can enter the flow.

Step by step

  1. Check the channel and flow name in the list.

  2. Use the card’s switch to enable or disable it.

  3. Wait for the result; if an error appears, review the displayed state again.

Check your result

The saved state controls flow availability.

What you need to know

  • Enabling can produce real replies when an eligible trigger arrives.
  • Do not treat pausing as verified cancellation of every session already in progress; review ongoing conversations.
