Filter a trigger by keywords

Add the terms that should appear in the customer’s input.

Before you start

Step by step

  1. In the desired trigger, enter a word or phrase in the keyword field.

  2. Press Enter or click Add; repeat for other terms.

  3. Use a term’s X to remove it and save the flow.

Check your result

The trigger uses the saved term list.

What you need to know

  • An empty list accepts any eligible text for that type. The ordinary filter matches contained text without case or accent distinctions.
  • The screen has no selector to switch the ordinary filter to exact matching. Reference triggers have a separate rule.
