Use a custom compatible provider
Enter the authorized AI service the agent should use.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
- Have an existing agent.
Step by step
In Configuration > AI provider, choose Other (OpenAI-compatible).
Enter the model, key and compatible endpoint URL requested by the form.
Save and check a reply in the Test tab.
Check your result
The agent uses the configured endpoint when the call is accepted.
What you need to know
- Use only a service authorized to receive conversation context.
- The presence of this field does not guarantee compatibility with every AI API.
