Stop the flow and optionally notify the customer.

Step by step

  1. Add a Transfer to a human step.

  2. Write the optional notice the customer will receive.

  3. Place the step on the appropriate path and save.

Check your result

When reached, the step marks human support and stops the automatic sequence.

What you need to know
