Review the current document-entry limitation.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
- Have an existing agent.
Step by step
Open Knowledge Base > Add Knowledge > Document.
Read the notice that uploads are not yet available.
For information suitable for manual entry, use Text or FAQ and review the content.
Check your result
You identify the available way to add knowledge.
What you need to know
- The PDF, DOCX and TXT indication is an interface preview, not a working upload. This form has no button to submit those files.
