Add or remove flow triggers

Define which events can start the conversation.

Before you start

Step by step

  1. Open the editor and use Add trigger.

  2. Choose the desired type and complete its filter when available.

  3. Repeat for other types; use a trigger’s X to remove it.

  4. Keep at least one trigger and save.

Check your result

The flow considers the saved entry types.

What you need to know

  • Instagram offers comments, story replies, story mentions, direct messages, ads, live comments and references. Facebook offers comments, direct messages, ads and references.
  • The same type cannot be selected twice in one flow. Story mentions have no keyword filter on this screen.
