Connect a service that follows the flow contract.

Step by step

  1. Add a Reply with AI step.

  2. Enter the authorized service URL, its key when required and the prompt for this request.

  3. Save and validate the integration using an authorized demo conversation.

Check your result

The step can send context to the service and present its reply.

What you need to know

  • The service must accept mensagem, prompt, contato and canal fields and return resposta, texto or message. This is not an automatic connector for every AI API.
  • The current contract sends canal as instagram even for Facebook flows; the service must account for that limitation.
  • After an AI reply, the flow waits for the next customer message. Errors can pause the session; the screen has no error-path configuration.
