Disconnect an AI subscription
Remove a provider’s administrative connection.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
Step by step
Check which agents use the subscription before changing it.
Under AI subscriptions, click Disconnect on the correct card.
Wait for confirmation and check the disconnected state.
Check your result
The provider connection is removed when the operation succeeds.
What you need to know
- This button has no second confirmation on this screen. Dependent agents may stop replying until given another valid configuration.
- Closing an incomplete connection dialog is different from disconnecting an already saved subscription.
