Create an agent with the wizard
Go through identity, behavior, knowledge and channel links.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
Step by step
Open AI Agents > Create AI Agent and enter a name and description.
Continue to choose type and model options, then review behavior in Configuration.
Add initial knowledge or continue to add it later.
In the connection step, select only instances where automation may operate. Create the agent and check completion.
Use Back to review steps before creating. When finished, use View Agent to open details or Close to return to the list.
Check your result
The agent is created when the record is accepted.
What you need to know
- Agents are created enabled. To prepare without replying on real channels, create without linked instances, test, then link authorized channels.
- Knowledge and links are saved separately; verify their results because the wizard does not display every partial error.
