Offer URLs without creating a quick reply.

Step by step

  1. In a Message without reply buttons, add a link button.

  2. Enter its label of up to twenty characters and the complete URL.

  3. Add up to three links, remove unwanted ones with X and save.

Check your result

Completed links become part of the saved step.

What you need to know

  • A link without a URL is removed when saving.
  • The engine does not wait for the link to be clicked before continuing the flow sequence.
