In Overview, find Average score per week.
Read the score above each bar and its corresponding week.
Hover over a bar to check the displayed evaluation count.
Check your result
You compare weekly averages within the selected period.
What you need to know
- Bar height represents the average score, not the number of conversations. The count provides context for interpreting that average.
