Pause, resume or stop warming
The persisted rule status becomes paused, warming or stopped.
Step by step
On a warming rule, use Pause to suspend new cycles.
On a paused rule, use Resume to return to warming status.
To stop, use Stop, check the number in the dialog and confirm; Cancel closes without requesting a stop.
Refresh and check the returned status.

What you need to know
- The page does not show a specific error for these action failures; confirm the state after refresh.
- Pause/stop does not leave groups, remove contacts or recall sent messages. Replies already waiting may finish after the action.
- Stopped rules do not show Resume in the table; starting again resets part of the progress.
