Review the Metrics tab and its current limitation
Understand why indicators may not open correctly.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
- Have an existing agent.
Step by step
Open the agent > Metrics.
If the screen fails or indicators do not load, return to the list and report the issue to support.
Use Sessions to review available records while the correction is assessed.
Check your result
You distinguish a screen failure from an actual lack of activity.
What you need to know
- The reviewed frontend and backend use different metric formats. This tab should not be treated as a reliable report until the integration is corrected and validated.
- The current interface has no period selector.
