Approve a knowledge suggestion
Include a learned answer only after checking its facts.
Before you start
- Use the panel as a platform administrator; the AI Agents list redirects other profiles.
- Have an existing agent.
Step by step
Open Knowledge Base and read the pending suggestions.
Review the question, answer, source and confidence.
If the content is accurate and current, click Approve.
Check your result
The suggestion becomes approved for engine retrieval.
What you need to know
- Confidence does not prove accuracy. Check prices, timing and policies before approving.
- There is a display limitation: approved suggestions may lack the expected text in the list because of their entry type. This does not prove the knowledge was deleted.
