Set away-message working days and hours
Away replies use the manually defined days and hours.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open the number’s Away message dialog.
Under working hours, choose the manual schedule option.
Select start time, end time and service days.
Click Save.

What you need to know
- Times are selected in whole hours. Review the schedule before enabling replies.
- The schedule uses Brasília time (America/Sao_Paulo), even with the interface in English. Select at least one day when enabling manual mode. The end value 00h represents midnight; check overnight ranges against the selected days.
