Change a Cloud API profile photo
The photo is submitted to update the number’s Meta profile.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
- Team members also need access to the Cloud Templates page to make this change, even when starting from instance details.
Step by step
Open Profile in the Cloud API number’s details.
Click Change photo.
Choose JPG or PNG up to 5 MB, at least 192 × 192 pixels; a square 640 × 640 image is recommended. PNG must not exceed 4096 pixels on either side.
Wait for upload and check the photo or returned error.
Check your result
The photo is submitted to update the number’s Meta profile.
What you need to know
- The audited file picker accepts JPG/PNG, although its help text also mentions WebP.
- The change affects the profile seen by contacts.
