Open instance details and copy its ID

Step by step

   In Instances, click the card’s Settings gear.

   Check the phone number and status before making changes.

   Open Settings and locate Instance ID.

   Use the copy icon beside the ID.

   Use the header arrow to return to Instances. If Instance not found appears, select Back and check that the number still exists and is allowed for your user.

   On the Status tab, review connection state, profile name and phone. Details refresh the instance periodically; wait for the update after an action.

What you need to know

• The ID identifies the resource; it is not a Meta token, Phone Number ID, WABA ID or authentication credential.
