Review appearance and code for the Coming soon Web Widget
The form groups color, position, greeting and example code.
Before you start
- Have access to Channels. Editing records requires a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Under Create Channel > Widget Web, choose the color from the swatch or enter a hexadecimal code in the adjacent field.
Under Position, choose bottom right or bottom left. Edit the Welcome message.
Code shown during creation contains a temporary identifier; it is not a ready installation. Use the Coming soon steps guide to go back or leave.
If a Widget Web record already exists, open its pencil to change the same fields. The copy button copies the displayed snippet with that channel’s identifier.
Use Save to update the existing record and reopen it to check; Cancel discards the edit.

What you need to know
- These options are marked Coming soon. The current flow does not complete a new connection. Do not use real credentials to try to enable the integration through this form; ask support about availability.
- Copying code does not confirm that the widget is available or installed on your website. Ask support before publishing the snippet.
