Edit a template and submit it for review again
Edited components are submitted to Meta.
Before you start
- Have a registered Cloud API instance visible in this browser.
- Open Cloud API Templates; changes and sending require write access to this page and instance.
Step by step
In the list, select the number and find the template.
Use Edit Template when the pencil is available.
Change the necessary components and upload the sample again for image or PDF headers.
Review the preview and click Save changes.
Monitor review after synchronizing.
Use Cancel, X, Escape or click outside to leave without submitting changes.
Check your result
Edited components are submitted to Meta.
What you need to know
- Name, category and language are locked in this editor.
- The pencil is hidden for pending templates. Review special imported formats before editing.
- This editor only builds text, image or PDF headers and URL/quick-reply buttons. For imported models with phone buttons, video, named variables or other formats, do not save through the generic editor without guidance: unsupported components may be converted or lost.
