Add quick-reply buttons to a template
Completed quick replies are included in the template.
Before you start
- Have a registered Cloud API instance visible in this browser.
- Open Cloud API Templates; changes and sending require write access to this page and instance.
Step by step
In the form, find the optional Buttons section.
Click Quick reply.
Enter the text displayed on the button.
Add up to three quick replies and remove unwanted ones using the trash icon.
Check the preview before creating or saving.
Each row’s selector switches between Link (URL) and Quick reply. Button text accepts up to 25 characters; when switching to Link, also enter its URL.

What you need to know
- Creating a button does not itself configure automation to handle the contact’s response.
