Renew Facebook or Instagram authorization
The flow attempts to renew authorization used by existing channels.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open Channels and find the network with expired access.
Click Reconnect on the card or the network button in the top notice.
Complete login and authorization again for the same account.
Review channels and notices on return.
Check your result

- Facebook and Instagram use separate paths.
- For Page-linked Instagram with only Facebook access, use Connect via Facebook (Pages) and check the result.
