Send a test message from an instance
The platform requests a real text-message delivery to the recipient.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open the connected number’s details and Messages tab.
Under Number (with country code), enter the test recipient.
Write the Message and review both number and text.
Click Send and read the result.
Check your result

What you need to know
- This sends a real message, not a simulation. Use a recipient expecting the test.
- Cloud API follows Meta messaging-window rules; use an approved template outside the window when required. Submission acceptance does not confirm reading.
