You view templates for the selected instance.
Before you start
- Have a registered Cloud API instance visible in this browser.
- Open Cloud API Templates; changes and sending require write access to this page and instance.
Step by step
Open Cloud API Templates.
Choose the number in Select instance.
Use template search and All, Approved, In review or Rejected filters.
Use Clear search to reset the view from the no-results screen.
Check your result
You view templates for the selected instance.
What you need to know
- Official templates are different from chat Quick Replies.
- Templates belong to the WhatsApp Business account (WABA): numbers in the same WABA share them.
