Add an instance webhook
The webhook is registered as enabled.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
- Team members need Webhooks page permission to add, change or delete webhooks.
Step by step
Open the number’s details and Webhook tab.
Enter your event receiver’s HTTPS URL.
Click Add.
Check the new URL in the list.
Check your result
The webhook is registered as enabled.
What you need to know
- Your integration must configure the receiver. This URL receives OneWhats events; it differs from Meta’s callback into OneWhats.
- This tab refreshes the list after an action but does not show every API error. Confirm the URL and state in the list before considering the change complete.
