Connect the official WhatsApp API through Facebook
Registration is submitted to Meta; the page reports connection or pending review.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
- Have access to the business and number in Meta, with available subscription capacity.
Step by step
Open Instances > Instance + > Cloud API, or Channels > Create Channel > API Oficial.
Click Connect via Facebook.
On Meta’s page, sign in with an account that can access the business and authorize the assets required for this registration.
Complete Meta’s displayed steps and wait to return to OneWhats.
Read the connected or pending-review notice; do not immediately repeat a pending registration.
In Instances, Back in the Cloud API form returns to QR/Cloud selection. Close with X, Escape or outside the dialog to leave before starting external authorization.
