Duplicate templates to another number or the source

Step by step

   Use a template’s duplicate icon or select a batch.

   Select available destination numbers. To create a variation on the same number, select the source.

   Review destination name and category; use a different name on the source.

   Upload the requested JPG/PNG or PDF samples again.

   Click Duplicate pending and keep the dialog open until completion.

   Before starting, use Close, X, Escape or click outside to cancel. The dialog prevents closing during duplication; wait for completion. When every pair succeeds, it closes and displays confirmation.

What you need to know

• Numbers in the same WABA already share templates; selection prevents redundant copies between them.
• Supported formats include Marketing/Utility with text/image/PDF and compatible buttons; Authentication and named variables are not supported here.
• Names accept lowercase letters, digits and underscores, up to 512 characters; existing name/language pairs are not overwritten.
• Selecting the source suggests the suffix _copia. An existing destination name and language prevent copying, including a previous attempt that was created but not confirmed in the dialog. Sync and check before renaming or retrying.
