Understand the steps for Coming soon channels
Navigate the form without mistaking a draft for an active connection.
Before you start
- Have access to Channels. Editing records requires a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open Channels > Create Channel and choose Telegram, SMS, Widget Web or API.
Configuration shows the fields planned for that type. Next opens Channel name; enter a nonblank name to enable Create Channel.
The title arrow returns from Name to Configuration and then to type selection. Cancel, X, Escape or clicking outside closes and clears the form.
Create Channel may close the dialog without creating a record. Check the list and contact support; entering the data again does not make this integration available.
