- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open the correct instance’s details.
On Status, confirm the number is connected.
Click Disconnect.
Check the status change before resuming service.

What you need to know
- Disconnect and Logout are different actions: Logout clears the paired session.
- This can interrupt sending and receiving through the platform.
- The button has no additional confirmation. The screen refreshes status afterward but does not display every operation error; confirm the result before retrying.
