Copy the Cloud API callback and verification token
You obtain the values used to configure inbound Meta events.
Before you start
- Have access to the Instances page and the Cloud API number. Copying these values does not change configuration.
Step by step
Open the Cloud API instance’s details and Status tab.
Find Webhook URL and use its copy icon.
Copy Verify Token when the field is available.
Use these values only in the authorized Meta app configuration. This tab has no control for subscribing to events or confirming completion of external configuration.

You obtain the values used to configure inbound Meta events.
What you need to know
- Verify Token is used to verify the endpoint; it does not replace Access Token, App Secret or OneWhats authentication.
- Webhook URL and Verify Token are English labels in both languages. The displayed URL uses the current browser origin.
