Send an approved template to a contact
A real template message is submitted to the recipient.
Before you start
- Have a registered Cloud API instance visible in this browser.
- Open Cloud API Templates; changes and sending require write access to this page and instance.
Step by step
Select the instance and find an Approved template.
Click Send on the template.
Enter the phone number in international format without + and fill every body variable.
For image or PDF headers, enter the public direct file URL; leave it blank only when the screen offers the approved sample.
Review recipient and content and click Send.
To cancel before sending, use Cancel, X, Escape or click outside. On reopening, recheck the phone, URL and variables: previous values may remain.
Check your result
A real template message is submitted to the recipient.
What you need to know
- Approval does not guarantee delivery to every contact; Meta rules and channel availability still apply.
- Approval samples differ from the actual values supplied when sending.
- This dialog’s preview shows template text with its markers without visually replacing all entered values. Some send errors are not displayed; if the dialog stays open, check history before retrying to avoid duplicate sending.
