Review fields for the Coming soon SMS channel
Review the provider, credentials and sender-number fields.
Before you start
- Have access to Channels. Editing records requires a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Under Create Channel > SMS, Provider offers Twilio or Vonage. The form also displays API Key, API Secret and the sender number.
Use the eye beside each credential to show or hide its value. Changing it does not validate the provider account.
For an existing SMS record, the pencil lets you change Provider and the sender number; this editor does not display API Key or API Secret.
Save updates the existing record; reopen it to check. Cancel leaves without saving. For a new channel, use the Coming soon steps guide.

- These options are marked Coming soon. The current flow does not complete a new connection. Do not use real credentials to try to enable the integration through this form; ask support about availability.
- The form does not activate SMS sending or receiving.
