Start a connection through Instagram login
The flow attempts to obtain authorization and list the account available to connect.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
- Instagram Business or Creator account and authorized access to its login.
Step by step
Open Channels > Create Channel > Instagram.
Read the requirements and click Connect with Instagram.
On Instagram’s page, sign in with the Business or Creator account authorized for this integration.
Complete authorization and review accounts on OneWhats’s selection screen.

What you need to know
- Availability depends on Meta permissions granted to the app and account. Do not assume a client account is eligible just because the button exists.
- Agencies with a role on the client’s Page can use the Facebook Pages path.
