Delete a template from the Meta account

Step by step

   Select the number and locate the template by name and language.

   Click the Delete trash icon.

   Read the warning and confirm Delete only if you intend to remove it from the Meta account.

   Synchronize and check the list.

   Cancel, X, Escape or clicking outside closes confirmation without deleting. After confirming, do not use the dialog closing as proof: sync to check, because some failures are not displayed.

What you need to know

• There is no undo. Numbers in the same WABA share the affected template.
• The Meta request identifies the template by name without sending its language. Do not assume deletion affects only the language version of the selected card.
