Start connecting Facebook Pages
The flow lists Pages released by Meta for this login.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open Channels > Create Channel > Facebook Messenger.
Click Connect with Facebook.
Sign in with the Facebook account that manages the intended Pages.
Review authorization and keep the required Pages selected.
On return to OneWhats, choose the Pages in the selection screen.

What you need to know
- If no Page appears, check the login account, Page role and asset selection in Meta.
- Facebook login and direct Instagram login are separate authorizations.
