Change a QR connection’s profile name and about text
The completed fields are submitted for a profile update.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open a QR connection’s details and select Profile.
Enter Profile name and/or Status (about).
Click Save.
Check the change in the number’s app.
Check your result
The completed fields are submitted for a profile update.
What you need to know
- This form does not submit empty fields.
- The Saved indicator does not replace checking the app.
- The form does not automatically populate current values. The backend accepts a profile name up to 25 characters; Saved may appear even if an update fails because the screen does not check each response.
