Change a Cloud API number’s about text
The about text is submitted to Meta for updating.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
- Team members also need access to the Cloud Templates page to make this change, even when starting from instance details.
Step by step
Open Profile in the Cloud API number’s details.
Edit Status (about), watching the 139-character counter.
Click Save and check the response.
Check your result
The about text is submitted to Meta for updating.
What you need to know
- This form submits an empty about field when saved too; Meta may accept or reject the change. Check the response before considering the text removed.
