Enter Cloud API credentials manually as an administrator

The system creates the instance and attempts to validate the official connection.

Before you start

  • Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
  • Admin access and credentials supplied by the Meta integration owner.

Step by step

  1. Open Instances > Instance + > Cloud API.

  2. Choose the option to enter existing Meta credentials manually.

  3. Set Instance name and continue.

  4. Enter Access Token (Meta) and Phone Number ID; provide Business Account ID (opcional), the WABA ID, to manage templates, and Meta app secret when applicable.

  5. Click Create and Connect and read the validation result before retrying.

  6. Back from credentials returns to Name; Back from Name returns to Facebook connection. Closing with X, Escape or outside leaves the form but does not delete an instance already created. On reopening, also check the app-secret field before saving.

  7. If validation succeeds, check name and phone and copy URL de callback (Callback URL) and Verificar token (Verify token) when shown. This screen directs you to configure the webhook and subscribe to messages in Meta; use Close to return to the list.

Check your result

The system creates the instance and attempts to validate the official connection.

What you need to know

  • Access Token authorizes Meta API calls; Phone Number ID identifies the API phone number; WABA ID identifies the WhatsApp Business account. None is the international phone number itself.
  • App Secret validates webhook signatures when the number uses another Meta app; it is not the Facebook password or verification token.
  • If the instance was created but validation failed, check the list before creating again.
