Connect a Page-linked Instagram account through Facebook
The flow attempts to list Instagram accounts linked to authorized Pages.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open Channels > Create Channel > Instagram.
Choose Connect via Facebook (Pages).
Sign in with the Facebook account that has a role on the Page linked to Instagram.
Keep the required assets selected during Meta authorization.
On return to OneWhats, review and connect only the intended accounts.

What you need to know
- Business Manager access does not replace the required Page role and asset authorization.
- The client’s Instagram password is not needed when this path is authorized.
