Revalidate a Cloud API connection
The system attempts to validate the existing official connection again.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
- Team members also need access to the Cloud Templates page to make this change, even when starting from instance details.
Step by step
Open the Cloud API instance’s details.
On Status, click Reconnect Cloud API.
Wait for the update and check status and phone number.
If status does not change, check credentials and account state with the person responsible for the integration before retrying.
Check your result
The system attempts to validate the existing official connection again.
What you need to know
- This action does not require a QR code.
- The button checks existing credentials; it does not open a new Meta login. This screen does not show every error returned by the attempt. If status does not change, check Cloud Templates or ask the person responsible for the integration.
