Pause or enable a webhook
That webhook’s delivery preference is updated.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
- Team members need Webhooks page permission to add, change or delete webhooks.
Step by step
Open the instance’s Webhook tab.
Find the correct URL.
Toggle its switch and check the new state.
Check your result
That webhook’s delivery preference is updated.
What you need to know
- This tab refreshes the list after an action but does not show every API error. Confirm the URL and state in the list before considering the change complete.
