Rename a channel
The channel record receives the new name.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and number. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open Channels and click the card’s Edit pencil.
Change Name.
Keep integration fields that do not need changes.
Click Save and check the card.
To leave without saving, use Cancel, X, Escape or click outside the dialog. To manage a WhatsApp channel connection, use the Instances link in the editor.
Check your result
The channel record receives the new name.
What you need to know
- This does not change the public Instagram or Facebook Page name.
- The dialog may close without displaying every save error. Reopen the card to confirm that the name was saved.
