Sync: WhatsApp Business labels
App labels appear on Hub conversations.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
On the QR number’s card, open Sync with the phone.
Find WhatsApp Business labels and enable its switch.
The change saves automatically; disable the same switch to stop that synchronization.
Close with X, Escape or by clicking outside when finished. There is no Save button: each switch saves separately. If a failure appears, the screen restores its previous value; reopen to check.
