Configure an away message
The away reply is configured for new messages outside working hours.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
On a QR instance’s card, open Away message.
Enable replies outside working hours and write the Message.
Use {horario} in the text to insert the configured schedule.
Review working hours and the interval between notices to the same contact.
Click Save.
Cancel, X, Escape or clicking outside discards unsaved changes. If configuration does not load, close and reopen it before editing.
Check your result
The away reply is configured for new messages outside working hours.
What you need to know
- WhatsApp QR only; the message field accepts up to 2,000 characters.
- Disable replies outside working hours and save to turn it off.
- The reply is triggered by new messages from individual contacts, not groups. The button may appear on Cloud API cards, but the away routine only sends through QR-connected WhatsApp.
