Create an official message template
The template is submitted for Meta review.
Before you start
- Have a registered Cloud API instance visible in this browser.
- Open Cloud API Templates; changes and sending require write access to this page and instance.
Step by step
Select the instance and click Create Template.
Enter Name, Category and Language. Use lowercase letters, numbers and underscores in the name.
Write the message body; complete header, footer, samples and buttons as needed.
Use Preview and review the content.
Click Create Template and monitor its status after synchronization.
Category offers Marketing, Utility and Authentication; Language offers Portuguese (BR), English (US) and Español. Review the text after changing language: the selector does not translate it.
Cancel, X, Escape or clicking outside closes and clears components not yet submitted. Reopening retains the last category and language; check those selectors before the next template.

The template is submitted for Meta review.
What you need to know
- Creation does not mean approval. Meta controls timing and the decision.
- Authentication appears in the selector but has its own format requirements; check with support before using this generic form for OTP.
