Identify available channels and Coming soon options
You identify which flows are presented as available in the audited panel.
Before you start
- Have access to the page and corresponding connection.
Step by step
Open Channels > Create Channel.
Check each option’s badge before starting.
Use API Oficial, Instagram or Facebook Messenger according to the account type.
If Telegram, SMS, Widget Web or API is marked Coming soon, do not treat its form as a ready integration; ask support about availability.
The Email card opens its dedicated module only for administrators; clicking it does not advance for other roles. Close the selector with Cancel, X, Escape or by clicking outside.
Check your result
You identify which flows are presented as available in the audited panel.
What you need to know
- Email links to its dedicated module and is exposed to admins in this selector.
- A visible Coming soon form does not prove that sending and receiving work.
