Adjust the interval between away notices
The same contact does not receive another notice before the configured interval.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open the number’s Away message dialog.
Find the interval between notices to the same contact.
Choose 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours, or 1 week.
Click Save.
Check your result
The same contact does not receive another notice before the configured interval.
