Log out and clear the paired session
The session ends and pairing is cleared.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open the number’s details in Instances.
On Status, find Logout beside Disconnect.
Click Logout only if you intend to remove the current pairing.
To use the number again, pair it again when prompted.
Check your result
The session ends and pairing is cleared.
What you need to know
- This is not the same as deleting the instance’s records.
- The button has no additional confirmation. The screen refreshes status afterward but does not display every operation error; confirm the result before retrying.
