Find an instance and check its status
The list shows numbers matching both the search and status.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open Instances.
In Search instances..., enter the internal name, profile name or phone number.
Choose a state under All statuses.
Read the badge and explanation on the card; clear search and select All statuses to reset.
Filters are All statuses, Connected, Disconnected, Connecting, Waiting for QR and Logged out. For special Meta states, return to All statuses and read the card.

What you need to know
- This page lists WhatsApp QR and Cloud API instances. Instagram and Facebook are managed in Channels.
- Pending, rejected and blocked Meta states are not fixed by scanning a QR code. Read the card explanation.
- The list refreshes automatically. If the server connection fails, previous data may remain visible. The card’s two small contact and message counters do not show real counts in this version.
