Import labels, archived and pinned chats from the phone
A synchronization request is sent to WhatsApp.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open Sync with the phone on the QR number.
Enable WhatsApp Business labels, phone-to-panel archiving or pinned-chat synchronization.
Click Import from WhatsApp.
Wait for synchronization events and review the displayed known labels.
Check your result
A synchronization request is sent to WhatsApp.
What you need to know
- Request submitted does not mean all data has arrived. The number must be connected.
- Confirmation means the request started. The list is fetched again after a few seconds; reopen later if it is still incomplete. Closing the dialog does not cancel a request already started.
